1. Do you carry spare parts, and where do orders ship from?

We don't currently sell spare parts like fin screws as standalone products, but reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help you source what you need. All of our boards ship from our warehouse in France.

2. My order's on the way — when will it actually arrive?

Once your order ships (orders dispatch within 24 hours), delivery typically takes 3–12 business days depending on your location. If it's been longer than that since your shipping confirmation, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

3. Can I get a board that's currently sold out?

Some models take longer than others to restock, so if you've got your eye on something that's currently unavailable, let us know and we'll give you the best estimate we have. In the meantime, local retailers can sometimes have stock we don't — shops like Woodstock and Softboard Center in the Hossegor area are worth checking, and we're happy to suggest options near you too.
